Registered Nursing (RN / RPN) and Personal Support Worker (PSW) students will be oriented by and report directly to the Resident Care Department via the Director of Resident Care and designated Resident Care Supervisors. Placement opportunities also exist in Food Services.
Secondary Schools also require students to complete 40 hours of community service hours to successfully graduate.

Volunteering with us offers lots of opportunities - to build new friendships that you never knew were possible, to get a first-hand look at working in long-term care, to learn about leadership from people who have been leaders throughout their lives, and to walk into a room and make someone smile.
If you're interested in working with seniors as a career choice, you can join nurses, medical staff, social workers, recreation staff, music therapists, and physiotherapists at work.
