IOOF Culture
The IOOF Seniors Homes employs over three hundred full-time, part-time, and casual employees who value and uphold our values and mission of “Caring is our Reason for Being.”
The IOOF works collaboratively with the ONA and CLAC unions. All administrative positions are non-union.

Hiring Requirements
Applicants must provide a Vulnerable Sector/Criminal Reference Check, a negative two-step TB test, up to date immunization record and two professional references.
