Peggy Sauve

Assistant Director of Resident Care

With over 25 years of dedicated experience in Long-Term Care and hospital settings, Peggy brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her work. Her journey in healthcare began in 1990 when she earned her Restorative Nurse Assistant (RNA) certification from Sheridan College. Since then, she has pursued continuous education to enhance her skills and expertise.

Her academic achievements include earning her Registered Nurse (RN) accreditation from George Brown College in 2004, graduating with honors and clinical distinction, completing Advanced Wound Care certification from Georgian College in 2011, receiving Palliative Care education from the Palliative Care Network (POEM) in 2020, and obtaining Advanced Wound Care Certification from Wounds Canada in 2025. Additionally, she is PIECES and GPA trained, enabling her to provide exceptional care tailored to diverse needs. Her commitment to excellence has been recognized with multiple honors, including graduating on the Dean’s List and receiving an award for outstanding achievement in the RNA program.

For the past 16 years, Peggy has proudly served at the IOOF Seniors Homes, where she continues to make a meaningful impact. Outside of work, she cherishes spending time with her two daughters and six wonderful grandchildren. She is also an avid traveler and enjoys exploring water sports with friends.
