Elvis Pohl

With 25 years of dedicated experience as the property manager for the Terraces at Heritage Square, Elvis brings a deep understanding of building operations and maintenance. His expertise is backed by certificates from Humber College and a diverse background that includes co-owning a custom renovation company.

Before his current role, Elvis spent seven years as the co-owner of Lorand Renovation and Design. There, he worked closely with architects and builders on custom home projects. He also dedicated six years to Unik Windows in various roles, including sales and logistics.

Fluent in both German and English, Elvis is a skilled communicator. In his personal time, he enjoys motorcycle touring, fishing, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.
