Lisete DaSilva

Lisete has successfully completed the Working Mind Manager program and specialized training, including Improving Fire Safety for Vulnerable Ontarians: Training for Supervisory Staff of Care Occupancies, Care and Treatment Occupancies, and Retirement Homes. She is also an active member of the Best Practice Champions Network.

With 15 years of dedicated service at IOOF Seniors Homes, Lisete has held various roles, including positions in housekeeping, and currently serves as the Manager of Environmental Services. In this role, she engages daily with seniors, showcasing her commitment to building meaningful connections and delivering exceptional care.

In her personal time, Lisete enjoys outdoor activities and cherishes moments spent with family and friends.
