Manager of Programs & Volunteer Services

With 25 years of experience in senior care, she has built a dedicated career across retirement, long-term care, and community settings. For the past 12 years at IOOF Seniors Homes, she has served as a Recreation Facilitator and Restorative Care Coordinator. Her background also includes roles as a Registered Kinesiologist with Closing the Gap, Midland and Innisfil Physiotherapy, as well as diet and nutrition coaching.

She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Kinesiology from York University and certificates in Restorative Care (Western University), Long-Term Care Management (AdvantAge Ontario), and Volunteer Management (University of Waterloo). Additionally, she is a certified Excellence in Long Term Care Trainer through Conestoga College.

Beyond her professional work, she is an executive member of the Barrie and Area Volunteer Association and the Barrie Concert Band and holds a Registered Kinesiologist (RKIN) designation.
