Room Bookings


IOOF Seniors Homes has large space for group gatherings, whether you’re a Resident, a family member or an outside organization. Each of our facilities has multiple spaces available for rent. Please contact one of the individuals below for more information on room bookings:


For Odd Fellow and Rebekah Home contact the Executive Assistant directly at (705) 725-4602.

 

For Heritage Place and the Manor contact the Administrative Assistant directly at (705) 725-4603.

 

For the Terraces at Heritage Square contact the Property Manager directly at (705) 739-5299.

 

** Winter maintenance fee of $60 will be applied to room rentals between November 1 and April 30 **

* $60 setup fee will be applied to all room rentals for table setup/take-down, waste disposal, etc. *

 

Large functions such as a wedding or conference requiring the use of potentially several rooms (eg. Auditorium & Boardroom) are to be negotiated using the rates listed as a guideline in consultation with management.


Outdoor venues such as our patios and courtyards may be booked with the understanding that it will NOT BE for the exclusive use of the person booking.


Parking is limited at our campuses, and therefore cannot be guaranteed with the room rental.
