Apartments

Apartments accommodate single or double occupancy with two bedroom apartments exclusively accepting double occupancy at market rent. Forty of the one bedroom apartments are eligible for rent geared to income for those seniors that qualify.

Each apartment features a full kitchen, complete with a full-size refrigerator; countertop stove, and built in oven. Space allows for a small two seat dinette. The living room can accommodate a loveseat, two chairs, and a small entertainment unit. Bedrooms are roomy and have large double width closets for additional storage. With safety in mind, large bathrooms complete with an emergency response pull cord and safety grab bars for easy accessibility. The spacious storage closet is ideal for linens and as a pantry. Washer and dryer hook ups are available within the bathrooms to accommodate a stackable unit. Each apartment has its own heat pump. Residents can adjust the temperature level for their heating and air conditioning comfort.
